Whether it’s a client engagement or a special project, as a Senior Manager, my focus is always on finding the gaps and turning them into efficiencies. As a trusted business advisor, working with private companies, a big part of my role is providing strategically thought out options for clients when they are facing a significant transaction, reorganizing their processes or tackling a complex business issue. For me, the end game is always about client satisfaction, which means saving them time and money while adding value.
Having been in public practice for a number of years, a significant benefit that I am able to offer our clients is my large network of advisors. If the problem you bring to us isn’t something in our financial wheelhouse, I have go-to trusted colleagues that I am happy to introduce you to. Be it a lawyer, banker, or specific industry consultant, just ask and I’m happy to make the introduction.
I joined Sangha Tone because of their family and mentorship oriented culture. I have a young family and being there for my son, side by side with my wife, in his formative years is really important to me. Like many others on the team, I spent all my previous years in a large corporate international firm. This provided exposure to many business models and industries which I leverage while mentoring the more junior members of our firm; passing on my knowledge gives me great satisfaction. My team describes me as informed, resourceful and great at problem solving.
